10 Chosen Anniversary Projects

On January 23, our country is celebrating an important birthday and due to this, the anniversary celebrations „300 years Principality of Liechtenstein» will solemnly be opened on this day.

Our ancestors appear – the inhabitants of the dominion Schellenberg and the earldom Vaduz will be presented in a special exhibition „300 years Principality of Liechtenstein» at the Landesmuseum Liechtenstein.

Why did it take so long before Karl Liechtenstein was accepted to the Imperial Princes‘ Council after Liechtenstein was elevated to Princely Honors, compared to other princely families?

A digital experience will be connected with the deepening of knowledge of historical milestones. With the project „History 3.0“ historical high lights shall be made an experience and made available to a large audience.

The State Holiday on August 15, 2019 will be a State Holiday that Liechtenstein has not experienced yet and will be the highlight of the celebrations of the year 2019!

An exhibition of historical dimensions is set to take place at Kunstmuseum Liechtenstein to mark the “300 Years of the Principality of Liechtenstein” anniversary.

We write history! A unique format in the German theatre world will be brought to life by the TAK Theater Liechtenstein.

Everybody shall get the opportunity to be part of creating the future and know that their voice is heard. Based on this project a discussion will be initiated and defining in which direction Liechtenstein shall develop.

The cooperation with the diplomatic representatives of Liechtenstein regarding the 300 year celebrations offers an existing platform that can be used to make Liechtenstein better known.

„Simply Princely“ is the credo for Liechtenstein touristic offering. This is a way of life, a promise and - by the same token – Number 1 motivation for travel that the guest can redeem upon his visit in Liechtenstein.
